It's not necessary for you to be present during the school visit. However, if you prefer to attend, please indicate this on the consent form, and we'll arrange a suitable time.
Yes. After your child’s dental appointment, we’ll provide a detailed dental report outlining the treatment provided and any recommended follow-up care. This is sent via an email which will be nominated by parents on the consent forms.
Our team is experienced in working with children and takes a gentle, friendly approach. If your child is too anxious or distressed to proceed, we won’t force treatment. We'll contact you to discuss other options.
No. If your child is eligible for CDBS, Medicare covers the costs. If your child is not eligible or further treatment is required that isn't covered, we will contact you before proceeding. You will never receive a surprise bill.
